Individual and Group Coaching
I am a Level 2 Cricket and Squash coaching qualifications
and hold Level 1 coaching qualifications in other sports.
I am extremely passionate about sport and have enjoyed being a participant and spectator of sports thorough my life and for the last twenty-five years, this has
also been channelled through my numerous coaching roles.
I was Master i/c Cricket at a local preparatory school for fifteen years, overseeing the coaching programme for all age groups and coaching the (U13) 1st XI.
Several boys were selected for Surrey, Middlesex, Berkshire,
and even England squads during my teaching career.
I have also enjoyed coaching other sports including football, rugby, tennis and squash.
I am a player, Youth Development Officer and Welfare Officer at my local cricket club, where I have help the Junior section to evolve as well as overseeing
the achievement and maintenance of ECB Clubmark status
As a parent, I have also used my experience to improve
my son’s tennis, badminton and squash skills.
I believe in participation for all so that anyone can enhance their fitness and co-ordination and develop a talent or passion for sport and exercise,
making it a fundamental part of their lifestyle.
I am happy coaching individuals, small groups or squads.
In 2019, I was announced as Active Surrey Coach, Leader, Instructor of the Year at the Spelthorne Sports Awards.
In 2020, I was rewarded with the Proactive Leadership Award within the Cricket Community at the NatWest OSCAs (Surrey).
